Building Automation Systems (BAS) Engineer Onsite
Location: Insert Location
Pay: $79.13/hour
Shift: Day shift Onsite
The Job
If you love turning wrenches and programming building automation systems this role is for you. Youll be hands-on with chiller startups BAS troubleshooting and retro-commissioning making buildings run smarter safer and more efficiently. This isnt just monitoring alarmsthis is real engineering in action onsite.
What Youll Do
Program configure and optimize BAS controllers devices and integrations
Start up and troubleshoot chillers boilers air handlers and VAV systems
Perform retro-commissioning and fine-tune building performance
Implement advanced control strategies: resets staging sequencing optimization
Mentor technicians read mechanical/electrical drawings and document work
Who You Are
Hands-on BAS engineer who enjoys wrenches and code alike
Experienced with platforms like Alerton Automated Logic Distech or Tridium Niagara
Comfortable leading system startups troubleshooting and retro-commissioning
Strong HVAC knowledge: chillers boilers CRAC comfort cooling VAV systems
Self-motivated safety-minded and thrives in a collaborative team
