Major Purpose
Handles tactical HR processes while providing some higher-level support. This is a specialized administrative HR role that may include performance management advising non-exempt interviewing payroll and time management basic training coordination and employee relations event support.
Major Duties
Create and manage a local document management system
Prepare moderately complex documents and summarize data for reports
Support HR data analysis and identify trends to generate HR insights
Perform HR data processing tasks and guide colleagues on processes
Resolve complex internal and external HR-related queries
Build effective working relationships and deliver professional HR services
Validate input and maintain payroll data; prepare payroll submissions and reconciliations
Administer onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory standards

Job Responsibilities (Ask HR / HROC)
As an Employee Experience Representative provide comprehensive HR operational support to employees and Unit HR.
Deliver high-quality customer service by researching and resolving HR inquiries
Administer HR processes including talent acquisition support internal transfers organizational management employee records and learning administration
Maintain strict confidentiality
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded
Collaborate with Employee Experience Specialists on process improvements and escalations
