What youll be doing (and why youll enjoy it)
Reporting to the CFO youll oversee all financial management and reporting activities for the business. From preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements to budgeting forecasting and compliance your day will be varied and impactful. Youll lead and mentor a Financial Accountant drive process improvements and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards. Your work will play a crucial role in guiding operational and strategic decision-making in a purpose-led environment.

What youll need
A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is essential and professional registration is preferred. A postgraduate qualification would be a plus. Youll need at least 5 years experience in financial management or accounting with strong expertise in reporting budgeting and forecasting. Familiarity with GAAP IFRS tax compliance and internal controls is key. Experience in the renewable energy or EPC sectors will set you apart as will proficiency in Xero and Excel.
