About the Role
Were looking for a smart proactive Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support day-to-day digital activities across social media content website management and campaign execution.
This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on organized eager to learn and comfortable working across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube).
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives reels and motion graphics.
- Maintain monthly content calendars and track posting consistency.
2. Performance Marketing Support
- Assist in setting up and monitoring ads across Meta Google and LinkedIn.
- Track daily performance metrics: CTR leads cost per result keyword performance etc.
- Share weekly reports with insights and improvement notes.
3. Website & SEO Support
- Update website banners product pages and blogs.
- Assist with basic SEO activities: keyword insertion meta tags uploading blogs tracking rankings.
- Coordinate with developers for website updates and fixes.
4. Content Coordination
- Assist in drafting short captions headlines product descriptions and emailers.
- Research industry trends to support content planning.
- Ensure tone and brand guidelines are followed across all verticals.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance analytics for all platforms.
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.
- Maintain dashboards for leads engagement campaign ROI etc.
6. Communication & Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing manager for campaign execution.
- Coordinate with designers agencies photographers and internal teams.
- Support offline marketing activities (events brochures POS materials) when required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and reporting
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with Canva can create ad copies
- Understanding of SEO basics
