About the Role
This is a permanent role within the Campaign Operations team reporting to the Campaign Operations Manager. You will work closely with Campaign Operations teams across APAC and EMEA supporting the delivery of insights related to campaigns audiences and performance.
Role Purpose
The Campaign Operations team ensures the efficient implementation and delivery of all digital advertising campaigns while supporting revenue generation.
As a Campaign Operations Executive you will be responsible for the technical setup management maintenance and monitoring of digital campaigns. You will be involved in campaigns from the initial planning stages through to execution optimization and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Set up manage and monitor campaigns and pixels across digital platforms
Perform basic checks and monitoring for Search and Social campaigns on respective platforms
Ensure campaigns are set up according to guidelines maintaining data accuracy and integrity across campaigns and dashboards
Analyze raw data draw insights and provide actionable recommendations
Adapt to changing priorities and revised objectives as required
Query unclear or incorrect trafficking requests and communicate effectively via calls Slack or email
Create reports and forecasts for clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar digital role
Experience planning and running PPC and Display campaigns
Google Ads Certification and/or DoubleClick Search Certification
Platform experience across Google Ads Facebook Business Manager Twitter LinkedIn etc.
Strong understanding of the digital technology marketplace ideally within an agency media owner or ad-tech environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (desirable)
