He kōrero mō te tūranga The Role
This pivotal role will offer you the opportunity to use your expertise to support our Financial Controller with the management of all accounts and financial functions of the organisation including financial planning budgets and forecasting financial reporting and contracts management.
To be successful in this role you will need :
Chartered Accountant with full CAANZ membership
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial /management accounting role is essential
Knowledge of accounting principles financial regulation and reporting standards
High level of integrity and ethical standards
Astute communication and presentation skills capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
Tech-savvy and proven ability to leverage financial technologies and data analytics for informed
decision-making
Alignment with the values and purpose of the organisation
Commitment to Te Tiriti O Waitangi and sound understanding of tikanga Māori
