What Youll Do
Support end-to-end recruitment activities
Screen candidates and help assess fit and potential
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records and candidate communication
Learn recruitment best practices with hands-on guidance
Who Were Looking For
Graduate of Psychology (or related field)
Little to no recruitment experience (we will train you)
Strong interest in people behavior and hiring
Reliable detail-oriented and committed
Willing to learn accept feedback and grow
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
