Job Summary

Relaxed informal family with beautiful property in rural Worcestershire. are looking for a flexible hands on couple who like a varied job and are happy to help wherever needed!

Must love dogs as there are 4 in the house and children (two children at boarding school). Both parents work but are very actively involved with the children. They will need help with occasional school runs babysitting and cooking for the children. Regular cooking for the principals is not a requirement but being happy to help prep veg or assisting if they are entertaining would be appreciated. Batch cooking for the freezer on occasions also would be helpful. All usual housekeeping/cleaning and laundry duties required.

A competent Gardener is needed for general gardening duties and maintenance of the gardens and grounds. Valeting cars and basic handyman duties would be useful. 2 drivers preferred but only one essential. Car provided.

Generally Monday - Friday 40hrs flexibility to work occasional weekends with time in lieu. Would consider Housekeeper working part time also (salary pro rata)

Private 1 bed flat provided as staff accommodation. Regret not suitable for dependents pets welcome.

Interviewing now to ideally start March 2026. Salary negotiable around 70k gross pa.
