Job Description
This position plays a key role in meeting company and department objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption of business changes and continuously improving existing processes. This role will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes systems & technology as well as project roles & responsibilities.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This position will provide leadership and support to internal stakeholders in relation to the coordination and management of corporate projects and work side-by-side with project managers. The Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption higher ultimate utilization of and greater proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization value creation speed of adaptation and improvement of results and outcomes.

Change Manager Requirements
  • Bachelors degree from a regionally or nationally accredited college or university in business management technical or related field required
  • Three (3) years experience in program management change initiatives project management or other related work experience required
  • Working knowledge of change management principles methodologies and tools
  • Experience with key operation business processes and core applications preferred
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex business processes and concepts
  • Demonstrated effective and flexible communication skills through a variety of mediums and to varied audiences
  • Excellent planning problem solving and solid relationship building
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Hiring Range: $84939 to $110421 ML 9 
Sr. Change Manager Requirements
  • Bachelors degree from a regionally or nationally accredited college or university in business management technical or related field required
  • Six (6) years of related experience in program management change initiatives project management required of which at least three years must be in organizational change management roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management principles methodologies and tools required.
  • Certification in change management (i.e.: Prosci AIM Certified Change Management Professional) required.
  • Demonstrated experience working at a strategic level liaising with stakeholders to identify potential change impacts and ensure change plans are in place
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex business processes and concepts
  • Demonstrated effective and flexible communication skills through a variety of mediums and to varied audiences
  • Excellent planning problem solving and solid relationship building
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments prioritize and to manage team and personal dynamics to drive projects forward

Hiring Range: $96517 to $126439 ML 10

Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Project Center in Spokane Mondays-Wednesday with additional day(s) determined by the manager.

In compliance with state laws we provide the full salary range for each position along with the typical hiring range based on qualifications experience and internal equity.
