Were looking for a Partnerships Manager who can grow and strengthen the partner ecosystem that fuels our programs. This isnt a backoffice coordination roleits a frontfoot commercially minded relationshipdriven position for someone who knows how to spot opportunity negotiate great deals and elevate our product portfolio in every conversation.

What youll be doing:

Partnership Growth & Acquisition

The Landscape: Youll actively recruit and onboard new brand partners across categoriesDining Travel Fitness Retail Entertainment and more.
Your Edge: You understand what makes a partnership commercially smart for both sides and you can turn a cold lead into an enthusiastic collaborator.

Retention & Relationship Management

You will protect and grow our existing partner base with the same energy you bring to acquisition.
Youll nurture relationships deepen engagement and ensure every partner sees the value of being part of the TLC ecosystem.

Commercial Negotiation & DealMaking

You own the negotiation processstructuring deals that align with both our client briefs and our internal commercial strategy.
Youll balance creativity with margin discipline to bring in highimpact partnerships that drive program performance.

CrossFunctional Collaboration & Influence

Youre an ambassador for our Rewards Portfolio.
Youll work seamlessly with Client Success Creative Product and Data to bring partner content to life in pitches campaigns and program builds.
Youll lead by example and support junior team memberssetting the tone pace and standard of excellence.

Operational Rigor & Insight

Youll ensure partner details are accurately maintained across our systems and workflows.
Youll evaluate new product opportunities conduct feasibility assessments and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
And when campaigns go live youll help ensure partner delivery is flawless.
