Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy entrepreneurial professional to lead teams in a fast-paced collaborative environment driving performance through KPIs and incentive-driven management.
What You Will Do
Lead and support the team by coaching motivating and ensuring consistent achievement of performance targets.
Monitor and analyze KPIs including productivity and efficiency metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
Design and manage incentive structures to enhance team engagement and performance.
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to maintain high service delivery and operational quality.
Report review and foster a results-driven culture providing insights to management and promoting ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience leading and supporting teams with proven leadership and coaching skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative ownership and drive results.
Hands-on experience in KPI tracking performance analysis and designing incentive structures.
Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills to manage teams and operations effectively.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced performance-oriented environments ensuring consistent delivery and operational excellence.
