What You Will Do

Monitor and analyze KPIs including productivity and efficiency metrics to drive data-informed decisions.

Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to maintain high service delivery and operational quality.
Report review and foster a results-driven culture providing insights to management and promoting ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience leading and supporting teams with proven leadership and coaching skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative ownership and drive results.
Hands-on experience in KPI tracking performance analysis and designing incentive structures.
Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills to manage teams and operations effectively.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced performance-oriented environments ensuring consistent delivery and operational excellence.
