Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Associate Business Analyst to support business analysis requirement gathering process documentation and data-driven decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams clients and product stakeholders.

You will assist in translating business needs into clear documentation analyzing workflows supporting solution design and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

Assist in gathering documenting and validating business requirements
Translate business needs into structured requirement documents user stories and process flows
Support stakeholder interviews workshops and discovery sessions

Data & Insights

Analyze data to identify trends risks gaps and improvement opportunities
Support reporting dashboards and performance tracking
Help create insights that support strategic and operational decisions

Process & Documentation

Document business processes workflows and system requirements
Assist in preparing BRDs PRDs SOPs and functional specifications
Maintain organized project documentation and requirement traceability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with product engineering QA and operations teams to clarify requirements
Support sprint planning backlog refinement and UAT activities
Help ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations

Testing & Quality Support

Assist in test case creation and UAT coordination
Validate solutions against requirements and report gaps or issues
Support post-launch feedback collection and improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
6 months to 1 year of experience in business analysis operations product consulting or internships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile workflows
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets PowerPoint and documentation tools

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Exposure to tools such as Jira ClickUp Confluence Notion or similar
Basic SQL Power BI Tableau or data visualization skills
Experience writing user stories acceptance criteria or process diagrams
Interest in technology automation or digital transformation
