Join Suncorps Finance Systems and Ledger Optimisation team as a Systems Accountant. Youll support the Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) enabling efficient financial operations and contributing to a collaborative purpose-led transformation. This role offers exposure to diverse stakeholders and the chance to drive meaningful change.
What Youll Do
- Prioritise and coordinate ARCS system maintenance incident resolution and change requests to ensure seamless operations
- Provide expert support to ARCS users troubleshooting issues and developing training materials for system enhancements
- Collaborate with Finance and Product System Support teams to define and test new reconciliation rules driving process improvements
- Monitor batch processes and interfaces communicating status and managing outages to minimise business impact
- Support data governance activities user access management and audit processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to projects impacting Finance systems and assist with external audits fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in finance and systems accounting roles ideally within financial services or insurance
- Functional expertise in Oracle ARCS including configuration administration and troubleshooting
- Advanced skills in developing and maintaining Data Load Rules (DLRs) and ARCS components
- Strong spreadsheet and word processing abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise deliverables communicate effectively and collaborate across teams to achieve optimal business outcomes
- Solution-oriented mindset thriving in environments of rapid change and development
