We are seeking an ambitious and independent Business Development Manager to act as a territory leader and market Evangelist for our cutting-edge Sensor solutions across the dynamic Oceania region. This is a high-impact autonomous role where you will be instrumental in defining and driving the next phase of our Sensor business Mission: Strategic Growth & Market Leadership
This is more than a sales role; its an opportunity to pioneer the market adoption of our Sensor portfolio. Reporting directly to the Sensor Sales leadership you will operate as a self-managing leader with full ownership over achieving regional sales volume profitability and customer acquisition objectives.
Key Business Development Responsibilities:
Shape Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate directly with Sales Marketing and Engineering Leadership to identify build and execute new go-to-market programs tailored for regional and vertical market success.
Drive Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and expand deep partnerships with key industry players including Security and IT Integrators Building Automation dealers and A&E Firms. Help them identify and close named client opportunities.
Pioneer New Business: Prospect qualify and develop new high-value customer relationships within both the partner ecosystem and end-user communities opening new channels for growth.
Technical Evangelism: Serve as the product expert conducting compelling Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and product demonstrations/presentations to key stakeholders.
Influence Product Direction: Actively collect market feedback and translate customer needs into actionable insights for our Engineering and Product Management teams directly shaping the future feature set of our Sensor line.
Enable the Ecosystem: Train and empower our internal Enterprise sales teams and external partners/customers on the strategic value and application of the assigned products.
