This role holds ultimate accountability for establishing JUMP! Schools as the premier global leader in leadership development driving the innovation and execution required to contribute 40% of JUMP!s total revenue by 2028. By integrating product excellence with high-level school engagement this leader ensures that JUMP! is not merely a service provider but a cornerstone of experiential education in the worlds leading international schools.
With full ownership of the program lifecycle this role builds a high-performing delivery engine that scales excellence across Asia Europe the Middle East and North America. By 2028 Head of JUMP! Schools will have cultivated a network of over 50 elite school partnerships generating $4M in annual revenue through precision strategy and a robust Strategic Champions Network. This position ensures operational discipline through integrated CRM analytics and the EOS framework maintaining an 85% rebooking rate and a 35% conversion rate on new partnerships to fuel sustainable mission-aligned growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Revenue Growth and Retention Strategy:
- Develop and Execute a JUMP! Schools Revenue Framework: Implement a scalable revenue model focused on multi-year partnerships with top-tier international schools. Prioritize long-term agreements that ensure year-on-year program continuity and drive sustainable growth.
- Achieve 85% Rebooking Rates: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools to secure rebookings and expand program offerings. Cultivate Strategic Champions within each school to act as advocates for JUMP! Schools programs.
- Expand Market Reach: Drive the expansion of JUMP! Schools into Asia Europe the Middle East and North America through intentional outreach and strategic partnership development. Focus on high-growth regions that align with JUMP!s mission and revenue targets.
Strategic Pricing and Contract Management: Design and execute a pricing strategy that maximizes program value and sustainability while remaining competitive within international school markets.
Program Development and Customization:
- Lead the Development of the JUMP! Leadership Framework: Continuously innovate and refine JUMP!s on-campus programming to meet the evolving needs of international schools with a focus on student leadership community building and experiential learning.
- Create and Expand the JUMP! Schools Catalog: Design a comprehensive catalog of program offerings including leadership workshops community action projects and teacher training modules. Ensure that each program is customizable to meet school-specific learning outcomes.
- Ensure High-Quality Program Delivery: Supervise Program Managers and Facilitators to deliver exceptional learning experiences that align with JUMP!s standards of excellence. Implement quality control measures and participant feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
- Innovation in Program Design: Identify emerging trends in experiential education and adapt JUMP! Schools offerings to maintain market leadership and relevance
Partnership Cultivation and Market Engagement:
- Build a Sustainable Partnership Pipeline: Develop and nurture mission-aligned school partnerships that drive long-term growth. Execute a targeted outreach strategy to engage new schools and deepen existing relationships.
- Launch and Manage Strategic Champions Network: Establish a Strategic Champions Network of influential partners and advocates who drive referrals co-branded growth and regional market penetration.
- Regional Market Hubs: Establish regional hubs in key markets to act as program delivery centers and local points of engagement. These hubs will support community building and enhance JUMP!s global footprint.
- Leverage Alumni and School Networks: Activate alumni networks and school referrals to scale new partnerships and expand program reach organically.
Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting:
- Implement CRM-Powered Analytics: Leverage Pipedrive and CRM analytics to provide real-time insights into program performance partner engagement and revenue forecasting. Ensure data is actionable and supports strategic decision-making.
- School Engagement Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics across all school partnerships including rebookings new inquiries and feedback scores to maintain high levels of satisfaction and continuity.
- Performance Measurement and Adaptation: Track progress against scorecards and key metrics. Use insights to iterate on program delivery and optimize school engagement strategies.
High-Performance Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and Lead a High-Impact Team: Recruit train and mentor a team of Program Managers and Facilitators capable of delivering world-class experiential education.
- Establish a Culture of Accountability and Growth: Embed EOS principles into team operations ensuring clarity of roles ownership of outcomes and continuous learning.
- Operational Excellence and SOP Adherence: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed to guarantee innovation quality and program integrity.

Strategic Thought Leadership and Brand Positioning:

- Content Development and Storytelling: Craft narratives and case studies that highlight the impact of JUMP! Schools programs reinforcing the brands leadership in experiential education.
- Global Advocacy for Experiential Learning: Engage in global discussions around youth leadership and education reform ensuring JUMP! remains a pioneer in experiential learning.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience within the International School sector experiential education or high-end educational consultancy.
- Extensive experience in B2B (business-to-school) sales specifically securing multi-year high-value contractsand managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Deep understanding of facilitation student leadership frameworks global citizenship and experiential learning pedagogy.
- Proficiency in Pipedrive or advanced CRM analytics to drive data-driven decision-making accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Exceptional communication skills to represent JUMP! at international conferences and engage with School Heads/Board members.
- Comfortable moving at a fast pace (quarterly sprints) while maintaining Kind Candor and a collaborative spirit with the team.
