Position Summary...
What youll do...
At Walmart were seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional this role youll lead a team of dedicated technicians ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers.
Role Detail:
Oversees all general predictive and preventative maintenance of overall building (Plumbing Electrical Structural etc.) for multiple facilities within the region. (Usually less than 200-mile radius)
Directly leads technicians that conduct the hands-on maintenance at the facilities. (10 15 Direct Reports)
Would require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.
Leads motivates and develops technicians
Works directly with Store Managers on their facility services needs
Leads daily calls with technicians and holds them accountable
Oversees budget
Manages and evaluate workload
Ensure tickets are being escalated properly
Works directly with different vendors and contractors if needed
Reporting and analytics
Recruiting and hiring of technicians

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Hard Skill Sets Needed:
General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience 3-5 years would be optimal
Electrical plumbing and or mechanical experience
Leadership skills Able to lead motivate and develop others
Communication/Interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills Route cause and breakdown analysis experience
Customer service
Soft Skill Sets Needed:
EPA Universal Certification
PMP Certification
Lean Six Sigma
Hold a valid state-issued drivers license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
