WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role is part of our EBP Operations team within the APLA Enterprise Business Planning team. You will be working closely with Global and APLA Territory Planning partners as well as multiple cross-functional teams such as Sport Marketplace Finance Analytics and Supply Chain Partners.

We are looking for a strategic collaborative leader with experience in enterprise business planning process management and cross-functional facilitation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced matrixed environment demonstrates strong analytical and executive-level communication skills and is passionate about driving operational excellence and business results.
6 years of relevant work experience in business/enterprise planning operations or related field
Proven ability to lead and influence across functions and international teams
Experience with forecasting process improvement and performance management
Executive-level communication skills with experience engaging VP-level and above
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Bachelors degree in business Supply Chain or related discipline (Masters preferred). Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
In this role you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance Planning Merchandising Business Integration and others to drive planning excellence operational consistency and adoption of EBP. Additional responsibilities include:
Lead the activation and enablement of EBP among GEO and territory stakeholders reinforcing standardized processes and driving alignment and ownership toward plan achievement
Build and sustain the EBP ecosystem and community facilitating forums and meetings
Ensure clarity consistency and transparency across all communications and deliverables
Provide visibility into progress against key workstreams enabling awareness accountability and informed decision-making
Facilitate EBP Forum outcomes with clear decisions actions and follow-up
