Sr Contracts Manager

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead and manage team of contract managers for the Americas region of DXCs Insurance Software Business (ISB)

• Lead the initiation negotiation execution drafting and maintenance of contracts.

• Support the maintenance of contract templates and standard agreements.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with contract managers on contract and negotiation strategies.

• Assist team members in contract negotiations.

• Maintain contract-related records.

• Participate in contract process improvement initiatives.

• Handle contract-related tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Typically 8 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role

• Proven experience in contract drafting negotiations and management including professional services agreements SaaS agreements and other technology agreements.

• Proven experience in contract drafting negotiations and management

• Proficiency in contract law risk assessment contract negotiation and drafting using contracts lifecycle management (CLM) systems

• A continuous learner who stays current on industry and legal knowledge and technology

• Proficient in using legal AI tools

Other Qualifications (not required):

• Juris doctor (JD) from US law school

• Admitted to bar in any US state
