To accompany our exponential growth Fortinet is looking for a Field Marketing Manager reporting to the Marketing Director ANZ. Working closely with the enterprise and commercial sales leaders you will own and drive marketing campaign planning execution and optimisation utilising a variety of tactics across the entire marketing mix including digital and events to drive acquisition and growth across the enterprise business.
As the Field Marketing Manager you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales channel solution marketing BDRs and digital to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
As a Field Marketing Manager you will:
- Market Strategy:Partner with sales to identify business priorities and create supporting campaign execution from strategic planning to implementation including ABM activities for key accounts target audience segmentation positioning and messagingto drive pipeline generation.
- Executive Engagement:Develop andmanage executive engagement program leveraging executive briefing centre (EBC) sponsorships associations key events to drive and maintain executive relationships within key accounts.
- Voice of Customer:Work cross-functionally with sales specialists and sales leaders to identify and turn customer wins into case studies develop promotional plan and identify key customers for speaker engagements
- Campaign Management: Align with regional team todeploy solution campaigns across digital and events that support global marketing objectives and align to regional target market.
- Analytic and Reporting: Liase with APAC to monitor and analyse solution campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage quarterly reporting of local campaigns and initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage the allocated marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.

- 8 years of experience in B2B marketing experience preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Successful history in developing and executing marketing campaigns mapped to the customer journey to influence and drive pipeline.

- Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
