The Facilitation & Concierge Account Specialist (FCAS) is a force multiplier for the Facilitation Teamand a key steward of the Fortis experience. You translate discerning preferences into seamless outcomes anticipate needs before theyre voiced and turn special requests into moments that feel effortless and personal. On any given day you might be proactively guiding a membership account curating world-class recommendations with impeccable taste orchestrating handoffs across a complex APAC itinerary or refining the playbooks and standards that keep our concierge brand consistent elevated and always one step ahead.
Youll work closely with all departments / teams in the company to support high-stakes trips and missions across the APAC region while also owning the infrastructurethat keeps facilitation and concierge execution running ahead of demand.
This is an on-site role in Hong Kong with regional travel and a clear focus on APAC operations. Individuals who thrive in this role:

- Have excellent judgment and discretion with UHNW principals preferences and sensitive information.
- Are comfortable working with data tools and technology (Asana Airtable CRM platforms and related systems).
- Have experience in concierge luxury hospitality client success travel operations or facilitation; exposure to security-adjacent or complex services is a plus.
