Pay Range: $40.00 per hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8a-4p

What Youll Do:

As an Assistant Nurse Director youll have the opportunity to:

• Provide clinical support to nurses and non-clinical staff in assigned programs.
• Supervise Nurse Manager I and Nurse Manager II in service area.
• Review medical records and physician orders to ensure program compliance updating information as needed.
• Participate in program audits and other quality improvement initiatives.
• On a rotating basis provide division wide health care trainings such as vital signs infection control nursing assessments etc
• On a rotating basis provide agency wide electronic health care record trainings.

What You Bring:

• Required:Active LPN license in MA drivers license and reliable car.
• Preferred:Active RN license in MA drivers license and reliable car.
• Experience:Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
• Skills:Clear communication basic computer use and teamwork.
• Bonus:Multilingual or lived experience with recovery.
