Location: Plymouth Area
Pay Range: $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8a-4p

What Youll Do:
As an Assistant Nurse Director youll have the opportunity to:
- Provide clinical support to nurses and non-clinical staff in assigned programs.
- Supervise Nurse Manager I and Nurse Manager II in service area.
- Review medical records and physician orders to ensure program compliance updating information as needed.
- Participate in program audits and other quality improvement initiatives.
- On a rotating basis provide division wide health care trainings such as vital signs infection control nursing assessments etc
- On a rotating basis provide agency wide electronic health care record trainings.
What You Bring:
- Required:Active LPN license in MA drivers license and reliable car.
- Preferred:Active RN license in MA drivers license and reliable car.
- Experience:Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
- Skills:Clear communication basic computer use and teamwork.
- Bonus:Multilingual or lived experience with recovery.
