The client is looking for a provider to float between BMC and North Adams Hospital. The biggest need is for morning and night shifts. Will prioritize best availability and MA licensed providers.

- What are the physicians scheduled hours 12 hours 8 hours and 11 hours shifts available
- Is the EM responsible for codes No.
- Would admissions be required or is there a Hospitalist on staff Admissions are performed by the hospitalist or admitting service
- Is there APP coverage Yes.
- Percent (%) of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: 30
- Do Hospital Bylaws Require a Specific Response Time for On Call Physicians (List Time) Yes- 30 Min.
- Are Deliveries Received in ED or Sent Directly to Labor & Delivery Directly to Labor & Delivery
- Is ED Responsible for Monitoring/Supervising Paramedics/Ambulance by Radio Yes

Requirement description : - Active MA license - HIGHLY PREFERRED MA licensed providers will be priority.
- BLS ACLS ATLS - REQUIRED
- ABEM Board Certified or Board Eligible (Within 5 years of Residency) - REQUIRED
- Clean background for quick credentialing - REQUIRED
- Please provide availability with name clear - REQUIRED
- Provider must be a local- no flights - REQUIRED
- Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) - REQUIRED at time of presentation.
