The Client Support Specialist works closely with the producer to manage daily responsibilities in a fast-paced sales-driven office environment. Proficiency with advanced technologyincluding operating across four computer screens simultaneouslyis required. Working with the Insurance producer to manage daily activities
Contacting clients on behalf of the producer
Scanning
Operating phone systems and transferring calls
Going into the carrier websites to obtain applications and documentation need for the agency
Data Input
Compliance Work
Scheduling clients for the Insurance Producer

Qualifications

Communication Skills
Ability to navigate and utilize multiple Technology systems. Hawk Soft Agency Zoom Carrier Websites Outlook 365 GoTo

Expectations

Typically a three round interview process
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly
Interest in a long-term career with Jacobs Insurance Solutions

Licensure

Ability to obtain the Texas Property and Casualty License upon hire
