What you will be doing:
- Act as a technical lead deeply involved in diagnosing and fixing end-to-end problems particularly during production incidents.
- Telecom / Wireless OSS / BSS Architecture design delivery operations and key processes like Fulfilment/Assurance Billing and MNP.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert for one or more products or domain areas understanding their business value and implementation steps.
- Drive DevOps culture designing and delivering ops-friendly solutions focused on good observability monitorability automated self-healing and managing DevOps KPIs.
- Manage technical interactions with customers post-deployment document requirements and efficiently handle internal and external stakeholders.
- Exhibit expertise in AWS Cloud Solutions strong design skills (with documentation) and knowledge of standards like TMF 3GPP and Enterprise Architecture.
- Coach delivery teams provide solid team leadership and use excellent verbal / written communication to adapt information for technical and management audiences.
- Focus on the Operations phase (InLife) including incident/defect resolution leading the ops team and experience in areas like catalog / order management / rating / billing.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Telecom Billing Operations.
- Proficiency in infrastructure and application monitoring tools including AWS C# .Net Kibana Postman and Excel.
- Experience with collaboration and ticketing systems such as Confluence Jira/Remedy and SNOW for ticket management.
