Role description:
Responsible for managing and growing existing client portfolio (hotels real estate public operators)
Run own sales cycles for upsells (e.g. ANPR features new user types location expansion)
Clients include 1/3 hotels remainder split between real estate investors and property managers
Upsell and cross-sell via data insights (occupancy levels usage trends) e.g. converting 40 spaces to 70 based on utilisation
Must proactively identify opportunities; clients do not bring them up unprompted
Works closely with Ops for onboarding; takes over post go-live to drive relationship and commercial growth
Reports to: Sr. KAM (Melanie de Winter)
Target: 20 expansion locations per year
Tools: Salesforce platform dashboards
