IT Program Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics

We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager with strong expertise in Supply Chain ERP and Logistics to support a large-scale warehouse and IT transformation program in the Netherlands.

This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension offered at competitive market rates.

Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead a critical IT track focused on building and enabling a new warehouse facility. The role involves delivering IT solutions that support efficient scalable and automated supply chain operations.

Key areas include:

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation

• SAP ERP integration for multi-DC operations

• Supply chain process optimization

• Warehouse automation and logistics systems

The role reports directly to the IT Director Supply Chain & Quality and is part of a long-term (3-year) transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the IT program structure scope and governance

• Translate the multi-year roadmap into clear delivery plans and milestones

• Build and onboard high-performing IT and analyst teams

• Drive governance risk management and delivery quality

• Ensure alignment between IT solutions and supply chain strategy

Qualification

• 5 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager

• Strong background in Supply Chain and Logistics

• Experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and system integrations

• Hands-on experience with WMS / TMS / OMS implementations

• Experience managing multi-site or multi-warehouse environments

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams

• Structured proactive and delivery-focused approach

• Strong communication skills

Preferred

• Functional knowledge of SAP MM WM SD

• Experience working with cross-functional business teams
