YOU DAY AS OUR LAKEWOOD HOME CARE SUPERVISOR Bilingual Russian speaking preferred.

Youre the master of schedules ensuring that our clients receive the care they deserve precisely when they need it. You thrive in creating a supportive environment for our caregivers empowering them to provide exceptional care with compassion and dignity. With each task you complete youre not just ticking boxes; youre making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve. Apply REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma GED or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college
- Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
