Job Summary

Bilingual Payroll & Benefits Manager $85K-$90K Hybrid

Looking for a payroll & benefits professional ready to own and build something meaningful This isnt just data entry—youll manage the full lifecycle of payroll benefits leave and compliance across multiple entities while driving process improvements and system optimization.

Our client operates restaurants and a 24/7 wholesale food distribution and packaging operation. Experience in hospitality food service or warehouse/distribution environments is a plus.

What Youll Own:

Weekly multi-entity payroll (ADP Workforce Now)
Full benefits administration (medical dental 401k pension COBRA)
Leave management (FMLA PFL workers comp disability)
ACA compliance audits annual filings
Process automation and system upgrades

What Were Looking For:

3-5 years payroll & benefits experience
Fluent Spanish (required)
ADP Workforce Now preferred
Someone ready to build improve and scale systems—not just maintain them
Hospitality food service or warehouse/distribution experience a plus

What Youll Get:
