Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead a mixed-shift Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care through oversight of daily unit operations staffing and clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily ICU operations staffing and patient flow

Ensure delivery of safe high-quality nursing care aligned with evidence-based practices

Promote a culture of accountability transparency and patient safety

Monitor clinical outcomes regulatory compliance and accreditation standards

Coordinate interdisciplinary care across departments
-
Manage admissions discharges and throughput efficiency
-
Oversee staff scheduling productivity and competency alignment

Manage unit budget supplies and equipment; identify cost-saving opportunities

Support staff engagement development and performance accountability

Deliver a consistent high-quality patient and family experience
Requirements
-
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
-
Active RN license in Florida or Compact State
-
3 years of recent Acute Care leadership experience
(Charge RN Supervisor or Nurse Manager) -
BLS and ACLS required upon hire

ADN required BSN preferred
