The RN Team Lead is responsible for fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals optimizing resource management and serving as a clinical mentor to nursing staff all while promoting a culture of safety respect and continuous quality improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead nursing personnel to maintain exceptional standards of patient care ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited institution; a Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Certification in leadership or specialized nursing practice (e.g. Nurse Executive Clinical Nurse Leader) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire as verified by Nursys.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
