About the Role:

Join UFC Gym in Oxnard CA as an MMA PT ADMIN where you will play a vital role in supporting our passionate team and enhancing our members fitness journeys. This exciting position combines administrative skills with a love for mixed martial arts creating a dynamic environment for growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling and coordination of personal training sessions for members.
Assist in maintaining accurate member records and tracking progress.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance member experience.
Support marketing efforts by promoting training programs and events.
Collaborate with trainers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and gym area.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sports management is a plus.
Experience in administrative roles preferably in a fitness or sports environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse members.
Passion for fitness and knowledge of mixed martial arts is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and gym management software.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
