Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch ensuring it complies with community standards and platform policies.
- Identify inappropriate or harmful content and take the necessary actions to address it including escalation when needed.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality and user interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine moderation processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on platform policies trends and community standards.
- Keep accurate documentation of moderation activities and contribute to regular reporting on the teams performance.
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- B2 proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to quickly identify issues.
- Prior experience in content moderation customer service or a similar field is highly desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
- Familiarity with online platforms social media and content creation trends.
