Job Summary

One of our prestigious clients in Colombo Sri Lanka is looking for experienced BIM Architects to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 400000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement and manage BIM workflows for architectural and construction projects.
Create 3D models and detailed BIM drawings using Revit or similar software.
Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure model accuracy.
Oversee clash detection model coordination and BIM standards compliance.
Support project planning scheduling and visualization.
Conduct site visits and ensure BIM models align with actual project progress.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience as a BIM Architect or in BIM-related projects.
Proficiency in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD or similar software.
Strong knowledge of BIM standards workflows and project coordination.
Excellent communication presentation and project management skills.
Detail-oriented analytical and team player.
