  • Evenings: $1.45/hour

  • Nights: $2.50/hour

• Sign-On Bonus: $15000

• Relocation Assistance: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis

  • 56 years of experience: $26.74

  • 10 years of experience: $27.76 $30.54

Role Overview:
A leading acute care hospital in Florida is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (Generalist) to join its laboratory team. This role supports diagnostic testing across multiple laboratory disciplines and is essential to delivering accurate and timely patient results. Candidates with a strong laboratory foundationincluding new graduates with clinical experienceare encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across general laboratory areas

• Accurately process and analyze specimens according to established protocols

• Maintain quality control documentation and compliance with laboratory standards

• Operate maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment

• Collaborate with laboratory leadership and clinical teams to support patient care

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required

• Associates Degree or higher Preferred

• MLT ASCP CPT or AMT certification Required

• State of Florida Medical Laboratory Technician License (Generalist) Required

  • License must be in hand or actively applied

• Medical laboratory experience Preferred

• New graduates considered if they have completed clinical rotations or worked as a lab assistant/complex specimen processor
