Position Overview
The Immigration Attorney will represent clients in a wide range of immigration matters providing legal counsel case preparation and court representation. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English detail-oriented and motivated to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle immigration cases including family-based petitions asylum TPS VAWA U visas adjustment of status and removal defense

Prepare and file applications with USCIS EOIR and DHS

Represent clients in immigration court hearings

Conduct client consultations in Spanish and English

Maintain accurate legal documentation and case records

Stay current on U.S. immigration laws and policy updates
Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Active license to practice law (Florida preferred other states considered)

Bilingual: Spanish and English (mandatory)

1 year experience in immigration law (preferred but not required for strong candidates)

Strong legal writing research and communication skills
