About Donor Relations & Stewardship
The Donor Relations & Stewardship team is an integral part of the fundraising success at DU. Centrally supporting University-wide efforts the team is cross-collaborative highly communicative and supportive where quality excellence and initiative are the cornerstones of our work. We serve many constituencies and have a strong focus on delivering good customer service a pleasant experience and timely responses to all inquiries.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship the Donor Relations & Stewardship Coordinator is responsible for executing and maintaining timely stewardship communications organizing the signage and physical recognition inventory and assisting with events reporting fund management and data. They will manage the day-to-day operations of the acknowledgement process coordinating and collaborating across teams. This professional will be an expert at project management and streamlining complex systems while keeping timelines on track.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. In accordance with the Universitys flexible work policy this position is eligible to be considered for partial remote work. Further details regarding this plan will be determined with the hiring manager and are dependent on the division and team specific needs.

The salary grade for the position is 7.
Hourly Range:
The hourly range for the position is $$25.54-$29.63
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting.
