Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Applying program management methods and techniques and implementing prevention programs and related program management activities for the installation and tenant commands to promote healthy climates and to ensure the delivery of prevention activities and approaches designed to foster individual group and organizational health and performance to reduce and prevent problematic/destructive behaviors such as: suicide sexual harassment sexual assault substance misuse family and interpersonal violence workplace violence and military equal opportunity etc.; 2) Advising installation Command and unit leaders on prevention action plans and initiatives and developing and implementing prevention assessments and evaluations to ensure leaders have prevention knowledge skills and abilities to address gaps and promote the well-being of team members teams leaders and the larger organization; and 3) Consolidating and analyzing data from command climate reports unit status reports installation data and other sources to identify critical prevention needs and develop and provide recommendations for addressing such needs. **NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.

Have four years of appropriate experience that demonstrates knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
