Job Summary
Job Title: Program Manager Talent Management
Location: Houston TX (Hybrid)
Pay Rate From: $55$60/hr (Local)
Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 83 Weeks
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager Talent Management to lead and deliver enterprise-wide Talent & Organizational Development programs.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development I/O Psychology or related field (Required)
Minimum 5 years of program management experience in talent management learning leadership development or organizational development (Required)
Experience managing High-Potential Leadership Development programs (Required)
Talent reviews and succession planning experience (Required)
Workday (HRIS) experience (Required)
Strong project management analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of Talent & Engagement programs
Lead multiple concurrent initiatives across leadership development and learning
Track KPIs milestones and program performance metrics
Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
