In Hexie Va we are looking for a Case Manager to join our team and welcome possible clients for one of our main clients a legal firm in the USA youll play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive the best experience possible.
The position will have ownership over cases reaching out to coordinate with clients solving problems with insurance companies and medical providers and organizing records. They will work hand-in-hand with an attorney to provide excellent service to people who have been hurt.
A great fit would be someone extremely friendly and people-oriented has a history of working hard for clients appreciates the connection between details and client success and is emotionally and intellectually sharp.
Requisitos
- Solving complex problems on the phone
- Persistent and dedicated in case management
- Able to develop strong rapport with clients and providers
- Eager to learn complex tasks
- Bachelors degree in Law Legal Studies or a related field.
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems processes and terminology.
- Proficient in legal research tools (e.g. Westlaw LexisNexis) and office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Being able to work legally in US territory (we do not offer sponsorship so the person must be legally available to work in the USA)
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Law Legal Studies or a related field. Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferably with a U.S.-based law firm. Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems processes and terminology. Proficient in legal research tools (e.g. Westlaw LexisNexis) and office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace). Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours. Advanced level of english is mandatory Have a laptop/desktop and headphones to do the job Steady internet connection Previous experience in a similar field in english will be highly considered but not mandatory 100% remote work
