Parts Advisor

Brendan Foot Supersite is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our high-performing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their parts career or an experienced Parts Advisor who enjoys a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team.
The role
Youll be part of a busy Parts team supporting both retail customers and our workshops helping ensure the right parts are supplied accurately and on time. Day to day youll be:
Assisting customers and workshop staff with parts identification and enquiries
Selling parts and accessories over the counter and to repair orders
Ordering parts receipting stock and following up to meet timeframes
Processing invoices and payments accurately
Supporting stock control bin locations and general housekeeping/security
Using dealership systems to ensure correct parts supply and tracking

Enjoys being busy and can keep cool under pressure
Communicates clearly with customers and colleagues
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting it right
Experience (were flexible)
Were open to:
Someone with some automotive/retail parts exposure who is keen to learn and grow or
A proven Parts Advisor who can hit the ground running and help the team around them
