Make a difference asCommercialCoordinator

In this role youwill support the order demand and replenishment processes across countries or export regions. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing the order flow(commercial and samples)and coordinating withthecustomer (sometimes)customer service sales and supply teams.

• Preparing customer-specific documentationin combination with other teams.

• Enriching SKU data to support short-term forecasting and demand planning.

• Aligning with supply chain teams on virtual warehouse inventory and replenishment plans.

• Supporting seed/batch allocation and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Conducting simple data analysis tosupportsalesdecisions.

• Coordinatingcommercial agreements and preparing annual price lists.

Your team and workplace

Youwill report to theSales Directorand work closely with internal stakeholders such assales managerssales representatives planners customer service andlegal. While you would not have direct reports your role is central tocoordinatethealignment withmultiple teams. Occasionally you may travel within the region to strengthen collaboration and customer understanding.

What you bring as a future colleague

• Educational background in administration economics or logistics (MBO level).

• Minimum 3years of relevant work experience.

• Strong computer skills (Excel ERP systems planning tools).

• Proficiency in English both written and verbal.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proactive and collaborative mindset.

• Cultural awareness flexibilityand adaptability.

• Communication skills.
