About the job:
Based in Brunssum Netherlands you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATOs Digital Endeavour. You will join the Chief Service Operation (CSO) that is accountable to plan operate and maintain CIS services throughout the allocated Area of Responsibility. Moreover CSO serves as signature authority for Agency orders involving deployment of staff and equipment to Operations and Exercises and is responsible for CIS operational situational awareness to the General Manager (GM) and Chief of Staff (COS) as well as exercises coordination authority for day-to-day in-service support across the Agencys portfolio.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
Knowledge Management
Business Administration
Desktop Tools
Office Administration

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3-years post-related experience or a secondary educational qualification with 5-years post-related experience.
Proven experience in working independently and applying appropriate judgement when handling confidential materials
Experience in drafting accurate and concise minutes reports documents etc
Fluency in English both written and spoken
