As a senior partnerships officer you will engage daily with corporate and family foundations as
well as institutional donors building long-term relationships that support PUMs goals. Your
activities are both strategic and hands-on with public affairs playing a key role in strengthening
PUMs positioning. The Partnerships Department currently consists of three colleagues: a Manager
of Communications and Partnerships a Senior Business Partnerships Officer and a colleague
responsible for NGO partnerships.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate and family foundations as well as institutional donors.
Develop tailored propositions and partnership strategies that align with PUMs mission and each partners objectives.
Contribute to both strategic planning and hands-on implementation with public affairs playing an important role in strengthening PUMs visibility and positioning.
Work closely with colleagues across the Partnerships Department.
Play an active part in shaping and strengthening PUMs partnership approach as the organisation continues to evolve.
You are a results-oriented goal-driven strategic thinker strong at acquisition and in establishing new relationships.
You bring relevant senior work experience: you know and understand the field of institutional family and corporate foundations. This enables you to create excellent propositions for each fund.
You are a strong communicator with an innovative out-of-the-box mindset skilled at translating partner perspectives into strategic plans and meaningful collaborations.
You have strong presentation skills and are experienced in setting up leading and implementing programmes.
You thrive in an organisation undergoing change where you can contribute ideas and help shape its development.
You have excellent command of English and preferably also Dutch.
You are comfortable using social media and digital tools including Microsoft 365.
You are optimistic proactive hands-on results-oriented and eager to contribute to PUMs ambitions.
This full-time position at PUM (37.5 hours) offers a competitive salary ranging from 4.285- to 6.122- gross per month based on a full-time contract.
