Job Summary
A supportive and inclusive secondary school in the London Borough of Haringey is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis from January. This role involves supporting students across KS3 and KS4.
Job Overview
You will be responsible for:
Supporting students in lessons on a one-to-one and small-group basis
Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
Supporting students with additional educational needs
Encouraging engagement confidence and positive behaviour
Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
Supporting inclusion and safeguarding procedures
Contributing positively to the wider school community
