Marketing Coordinator AU
What this role is responsible for:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting Crimson Educations growth in Australia. They will plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns that increase acquisition and conversions. They will own the customer journey from end-to-end and ensure quality leads are moving through a strong sales funnel with a strong focus on growing MQLs SALs and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and conversions.
Drive brand awareness of Crimsons personalised education and mentoring services and products through cross-channel campaigns and initiatives.
Work alongside stakeholders to review refine and develop Crimson customer lifecycle journeys.
Take ownership of regional campaign builds consistently improving campaign performance through A/B and multivariate testing.
Coordinate specific outreach tactics such as expos and seminars to grow our brand and reach.
Monitoring leads from marketing across all channels and regularly report on customer behaviour engagement and lifecycle journey.
What We Need From You:
1-2 years of marketing experience
High attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent project management and organisational skills
A tertiary degree in marketing or communications.
