PURPOSE
AnHRCoordinatorisavital rolewho provides support totheHRdepartmentacross TBWAAustralia New Zealandresponsible formanaging employee records handling documentation andassistingwithonboardingand payroll processes.
YOUR IMPACT

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
TheHR Coordinatoris responsible for but not limited to:
ON-BOARDING / OFF-BOARDING
- Contract generation.
- On-boarding/ off- boardingprocesses- including ownership of HR platforms and systems.
- Benefits &Payroll: Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and payroll ensuring that all necessary documents are filled out and processed.
REPORTING
- Completing relevant reporting and analysis of data such aspeople stats leaverfeedbackandcareer development completion.
- Assistingsuccessful agency completion of all global and local related reporting.
OTHER ADMINISTRATION
- Assistroll-outinitiativesand compliance training.
- Coordinate visa process.
- Assistemployee engagement and performance reviews.
- GeneralHRadministrative tasks/ projects.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role
- Bachelors degree- ideally in HR orrelated field is preferable
- Familiarity with HR software
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Strongorganisationaland time management skills
- Strongattention to detail
- Proficiencyin MS Office
