Job Summary:
The NICU Registered Nurse II provides specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU during night shifts. This role involves monitoring patient conditions administering medications supporting families and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe high-quality neonatal care.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of NICU experience - Required
Level III NICU experience - Required
Willingness to float to Pediatrics as cross-trained
Voluntary on-call availability

Licenses & Certifications:

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license - Required
BLS Certification - Required
NRP Certification - Required
PALS Certification - Required
