The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals. This role involves patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care.
- Perform patient assessments.
- Administer medications.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate effectively with patients providers and team members.
- Float as needed.
- Attend Vaginal and Cesarean Deliveries
- CPAP/BiPap
- Feeding Tubes Syringe Pumps
- Attends All Deliveries Attends High Risk Deliveries
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
- Clinical Assessment Medication Administration and Treatment Planning skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital home health or hospice care.
- CLS
- NRP
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
Special Considerations:
- Previous employees of affiliated facilities must be separated for 3 months to qualify for travel positions.
- NICU travel nurses are not expected to care for mother-baby couplets unless they already have the skill/competencies.
- Level II NICU admissions/Normal Newborn 32 weeks or greater
