Job Summary

SAP Payroll Lead
Location: Hybrid - Birmingham AL
Duration: 6 months

Summary

The SAP ERP Payroll Lead supports and enhances the Companys SAP Payroll and related ERP systems. This role partners with business users and IT teams to deliver reliable payroll solutions improve system performance and support day-to-day operations.

Description:

Support analyze and optimize SAP Payroll processes and reporting
Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP technical teams on system design and enhancements
Lead testing efforts including unit regression and integration testing
Support payroll master data system integrations and production issues
Perform root cause analysis and document solutions and best practices
Lead projects and provide guidance coaching and mentoring
Work closely with end-users and leadership to ensure effective system usage

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or 5 years of related ERP experience
Experience with complex SAP implementations and system interfaces
Strong analytical problem-solving and customer service skills
Proven project leadership and ability to work independently
Excellent communication planning and organizational skills
Experience with software development best practices and quality assurance
Ability to travel as needed
