Job Summary

Job Title: QA Lead

Location: Nashville TN (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Core Qualifications

5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer
Strong hands-on testing background (manual and automated)
Demonstrated experience building and scaling test automation frameworks
Ability to operate independently in fast-paced delivery-driven environments

Technical & Functional Skills

Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and DevOps practices
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
- Selenium Playwright Cypress or similar frameworks
- API testing tools (Postman RestAssured etc.)
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps etc.)
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA Azure DevOps Qtest Tosca etc.)
Strong reporting documentation and stakeholder communication skills
